Welcome to the
Southern Maryland Athletic Club.
Also Known as SMAC!
This locally owned Fitness Center was opened in 2005 by fitness professionals with over 20 years of experience in the health club industry.
Through our years of experience, we have grown to know that there is no one set path to
someone achieving their goals. That is why we have done our best to offer a wide variety of exercise options. The key is to find that path that not only gives you the Best results, but is also something that stimulates your body and mind enough so you can stick to it.
We also provide you the tools to totally change up your workouts to help break through the plateaus. We not only have the equipment and the classes to help, we also have an incredible friendly Staff, who thrive on helping others!
