Our gym offers a variety of group fitness classes for all fitness levels!

           Spinning

 

Climb mountains, jump hills, and race down highways as you challenge your body in a variety of energy zones in this exciting official Madd Dog indoor cycling class.

           LES MILLS

BODYPUMP™: The original LES MILLS™ barbell class, will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body, fast! This class focuses on low weight loads and high repetition movement. You'll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning. BODYPUMP™ is one of the world's fastest ways to get in shape as it challenges all of your major muscle groups while you squat, press, lift and curl.

CARDIO BUTTS & GUTTS: Join Steve in this high intensity, high rep class and work out those BUTTS & GUTTS! 
MODERATE - HIGH INTENSITY

 

Power Hour: This high intensity workout class will vary and may be held outdoors (weather pending).

 

Chiseled: Work on defining those muscles in this strength training group class with Corrie.

 

Cardio Boot Camp: Join Alexa in this high intensity class. Workout may vary depending on the weather and equipment available.

 

POWER YOGA: Flow through a series of poses incorporating traditional and power yoga to increase flexibility, balance, & strength.

 

PI/YO: Combines the principles of yoga with the strength of Pilates mat science.

 

DYNAMIC YOGA: This class offers a faster pace and challenges you to stretch and strengthen your body.

           Zumba®

 

This "Latin inspired dance party" is a great way to shake off the pounds! Get ready to dance your way to a fitter you!

           Senior Classes

 

SMAC Cardio: 30 minute low-impact cardio class. Great for beginners or seniors. Moves are kept simple but are effective to work up a great fat burning sweat!

SMAC Strength: 30 minute strength and stability class perfect for beginners or seniors. This class will work to keep your muscles strong and improve bone density!
